Features:

 

  • Double face seal, double pressure balanced (the seal remains closed in case of buffer fluid pressure failure or reverse pressure);buffer fluid system required; integrated circulation system eliminates the need for an additional circulating device.
    If used as a double seal, a buffer fluid system will be required ,In tandem operation, the quenching fluid is, depending on operating conditions, used in dead-end (API 682,Plan 51) or throughflow mode (API 682, Plan 52 or 54 - inboard seal externally pressurized).
