How to install a double-faced cartridge mechanical seal?

How to install a double-faced cartridge mechanical seal?

1. Ensure the shaft and seal chamber are clean and free of burrs or damage.
2. Check that the cartridge assembly is intact and matches the specified model.
3. Slide the cartridge onto the shaft, making sure it is properly aligned with the seal chamber.
4. Tighten the set screws or clamping bolts evenly to secure the cartridge in place.
5. Connect the cooling or lubrication lines as required by the system.
6. Perform a final check to ensure all components are properly positioned and secured before starting the equipment.
